Richard joined Razor as CEO in July 2019. He has extensive experience of working with financial institutions worldwide, assisting firms in managing enterprise risk efficiently while meeting local regulatory guidelines and standards. He has worked for financial software companies including IT&e, Algorithmics, Infinity Financial Technology and BIS Banking Systems, where it was his role to help clients manage and control the risks from their banking and trading activities. He was also active in shaping client’s responses to the changing regulatory environment.

Immediately before joining Razor, Richard worked as CEO for Causality, providing consultancy in technology and business innovation. Before that he was VP Market Management, Regulatory Reporting at Wolters Kluwer. As an expert in risk management and regulatory change, Richard has been a speaker at technology and financial industry forums for many years. Topics have included managing change in the risk and regulatory management space, achieving transparency across an enterprise and the evolution of regulatory risk models.

Founder & CEO, Parabellum Investments

Rami Cassis is Chairman of Razor Risk, which is owned by his family office, Parabellum Investments. Rami is a hands-on international growth investor specialising in lower and mid-market companies. He operates through his family office, Parabellum Investments, deploying his own capital as well as his extensive experience and expertise in operations, which he gained across a range of sectors and a number of continents.

During his tenure as Chairman at Razor Risk, Rami has helped the company further establish itself as one of the leading providers of risk management technology and consulting solutions to financial institutions across the world.

Rami has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including financial services, enterprise software, pharmaceuticals and business services. His current other investments include automation firm, Parseq; serialization specialist, advanco; digital transformation firm, ieDigital; and digital transformation expert, MajorKey. He is Chairman at each of these companies. Prior to Parabellum Investments, he held a number of executive positions at corporations, including Chairman, CEO, COO, and Operations Director.

Rami holds degrees in Engineering Aerospace and Pure and Applied Mathematics; both gained at the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Graham joined Razor as Chief Operating Officer in September 2020.  He has over 25 years’ experience working within the banking and financial services (FinTech / RegTech) mainly in the Regulatory and Risk areas.  He has created and managed global product and development teams and has worked for the likes of Barclays Capital and Wolters Kluwer.

He brings a detailed knowledge of change management process with years of experience of successfully running multiple large and small programmes concurrently both internally and with customers.

Cristina joined Razor as Chief Product Officer in May 2022.  She has a strong background in financial services, in corporate banking, building software for financial institutions with significant experience in product management.

She brings a wealth of knowledge around business intelligence, artificial intelligence and large data software product management and has successfully brought to market many products in various industries.

Michel joined Razor as Head of Engineering in January 2023. He has over 20 years' experience working with risk and regulatory software within the financial services domain. He excels in project and portfolio management, driven by agile methodologies, and has a strong background in customer relationship management.

Michel's analytical skills enable him to distil complex requirements into clear documentation, and his technical expertise spans object-oriented architecture, C++, Java, web development, quality management, team leadership, delivery management and IT infrastructure management.
