Rami Cassis is Chairman of Razor Risk, which is owned by his family office, Parabellum Investments. Rami is a hands-on international growth investor specialising in lower and mid-market companies. He operates through his family office, Parabellum Investments, deploying his own capital as well as his extensive experience and expertise in operations, which he gained across a range of sectors and a number of continents.

During his tenure as Chairman at Razor Risk, Rami has helped the company further establish itself as one of the leading providers of risk management technology and consulting solutions to financial institutions across the world.

Rami has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including financial services, enterprise software, pharmaceuticals and business services. His current other investments include automation firm, Parseq; serialization specialist, advanco; digital transformation firm, ieDigital; and digital transformation expert, MajorKey. He is Chairman at each of these companies. Prior to Parabellum Investments, he held a number of executive positions at corporations, including Chairman, CEO, COO, and Operations Director.

Rami holds degrees in Engineering Aerospace and Pure and Applied Mathematics; both gained at the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Cristina joined Razor as Chief Product Officer in May 2022.  She has a strong background in financial services, in corporate banking, building software for financial institutions with significant experience in product management.

She brings a wealth of knowledge around business intelligence, artificial intelligence and large data software product management and has successfully brought to market many products in various industries.
